Stop & Serve: MLK Edition is a project that allows you to take a few minutes out of your day to contribute positively to your community.
The Center for Urban Connections at Metro State and UCD’s Experiential Learning Center are asking the Auraria campus to take a minute to answer the question, “What’s your dream?”
What are the activities for the day?
- Answering the question, “What’s your dream?” on paper
- Being part of the film by answering to the camera
- Participating in one of the five short service projects set up at three stations around campus (in the Tivoli Tavern, North Classroom Atrium, and South Classroom Lobby)
Stations will be set up in three locations on campus to include all three schools at Auraria. On January 25 and 26, the project will be set up in the Tivoli Multicultural Lounge (10am-2pm), and can be accessed online at www.urbanconnect.blogspot.com.
Want to volunteer? Contact Alex by Friday at 303-352-7133 or abasse@mscd.edu
