A new article by a leading website of online jobs says that individuals who have completed an AmeriCorps service program will be able to receive top positions at their place of employment.
Just last week, Monster collaborated with such companies as The Corps Network, the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Open Society Foundations to hire Service Corps( formerly known as our UCAN Serve program) alumni graduates across America.
Their goal for the next few years, is to place 25,000 Service Corps Alumni's with top position jobs. Approximately 100,000 young individuals graduate from Service Corps programs per year, where experience goes from the environmental to women's health issues.
This new collaboration offers great hope for individuals who are in the ServiceCorps program, or who are about to graduate from it.
